A FREE Voice Evaluation is available for new registrants who ask for it, ..explained on the Home page.  It is not a test, just an hour of time for you and the  instructor to become familiar with each other, do some singing and vocalizing,  receive perspective and advice from the instructor concerning your voice, and recommendations for the future approach to your lessons.

Group Lessons

Fully paid tuition, plus the one-time, $25 Registration Fee, (per student) is required on, or 1 week before, the first day of any Group Class, Workshop or Seminar.  There is no further registration fee charged for more classes within the following 12 months, after the first group registration for the same student.

   Private Lessons

Permanent cancellation is requested in-person with a 1 month notice. 

This cancellation forfeits any credits, make-ups, and student benefits, past  the date of your cancellation and last pre-paid lesson.

   Group Classes, Workshops, Seminars

Any group class that doesn't reach the minimum enrollment before the first week of class may be canceled by TCVA.  A student may enroll in a substitute class, or receive a full refund for cancellation by TCVA.  Class tuition does not transfer to private lesson credit.  Cancellation on, before, or after the first day of class, by the student,  forfeits 50% of  paid tuition.

Coaching Sessions

Beginning tuition is $80 and $40 each following session as scheduled with the teacher.   This confirms your time and pays one session ahead.   A desire for longer sessions can be held and charged in 1/2 hr segments, held at the Instructor's discretion with the students desires.

1 Hour (minimum)    $40          ( $10 each extra 1/2 hr )

All tuition and fees must be prepaid before a student begins   private or group lessons and classes.

     A one time, non-refundable registration fee of $25 is

required for all new students of class and private registration.

Private Lessons

Beginning tuition is the total length of lesson hours in the number

of times your lesson day falls within the first 2 months.  Tuition for continuing lessons begins the last week of your first month and for

consecutive months thereafter.  This confirms your time and keeps

you paid 1 month ahead.   Weekly times are personally arranged

between the instructor and student.

1/2 Hour...........$112 for 4 week/ lesson days in the month

                           $140 for 5 week/ lesson days in the month

                                                                               $ 28  1/2Hr


1 Hour..............$152for 4 week/ lesson days in the month

                            $190 for 5 week/ lesson days in the month

                                                                               $ 38  1 Hr



Missed Lessons

   Private Lessons/ Coaching Sessions
All private lessons and coaching are charged and paid according to registration, attended or unattended.  No credit return is given for missed lessons.

Private lessons that fall on individual Holidays will be re-scheduled according to the Instructor's policy and schedule

   Group Classes, Workshops, Seminars

No credit is given for missed classes.

A 24 hour minimum notice is required for a make-up lesson, and/or according to the Instructor's policies.  Make-ups for private lessons and coaching are scheduled when time becomes available between student and Instructor's schedules. 

There are no make-ups for missed group classes, workshops and seminars.  Any exceptions, or other options  will be communicated 

to students from the Instructor of their class.
